30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with UptimeWatch Pro within the first 30 days of your subscription, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You are within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • You have not previously received a refund for UptimeWatch
  • Your account is in good standing (not suspended for Terms violations)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@uptimewatch.online with:

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)

We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Renewals

Monthly subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. However, if you contact us within 48 hours of a renewal charge that you did not intend, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

Free Plan

The Free plan has no charges, so no refunds are applicable.
